About the Founder,
Israel Bustamante began his trade in 1994 as an employee for a small roofing company, where he learned all the necessary skills and knowledge of the craft. After a decade of dedicated work, he was promoted to Project Manager, where he supervised his own projects and crew. He continued in this role until August 2018, when he took the leap and founded IB Roofing Inc.

The company started in our family backyard, operating with just two of his personal trucks and a team of four employees. Like most small businesses, the early days were defined by long hours and relentless effort. Israel's routine began at 6 AM for preparation; he would head out with the crew by 7 AM to job sites and work alongside them all day. When the crew clocked out at 5 PM, Israel's day was far from over. He would return home to the "home office"—our living room desk—and work there from 5 PM until 9 or 10 PM, handling the business of running a business.

This cycle repeated day in and day out. Gradually, through persistent hard work, the company grew. Israel's integrity and quality were recognized, allowing him to build a trusted reputation and a steady flow of projects. This growth led from a rented storage unit, to a small plot of land, and now to our very own warehouse with a team of ten employees.

Through it all, Israel and the team have remained unchanged—still the same honest, hardworking group dedicated to excellent service and craftsmanship. We are proud of our journey and look forward to serving our community for many years to come.
